Privacy statement
Bettina Boele is a trade name of Brussels, a sole proprietorship based in Amsterdam and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 73723746. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@bettinaboele.com.
What data is collected
When you get in touch, your name, contact details and the content of your message are stored. During a coaching, counselling or advisory trajectory, a client file is kept with the information relevant to that trajectory.
Why
Your data is used only to respond to your request, to provide the agreed services, to invoice, and to meet legal obligations. It is never sold or used for marketing.
Confidentiality
All information is treated in line with the professional code of the Netherlands Institute of Psychologists (NIP). Confidentiality is only set aside with your consent, on legal grounds, or in case of serious and immediate danger. Cases discussed in supervision or peer review are always anonymised, unless you agree otherwise in advance. In work as an external confidential adviser, nothing you share is passed on to your employer without your explicit consent.
Storage and retention
Data is stored securely and kept no longer than necessary, or as long as required by law and the NIP professional code.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, copy, correct or delete your data, unless a legal retention obligation applies. If you have a complaint about how your data is handled, please get in touch first. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
