Bettina Boele spent more than ten years in business, first as a consultant and then as a manager. She knows what it means to take on a mandate, to set a direction others have to follow and to tell people their role is ending. Trained as a clinical psychologist at the University of Amsterdam and later in corporate governance, executive coaching and relationship therapy, she now works at that intersection: performance psychology for leaders and boards.

She works in Dutch and English, from Amsterdam and online.
